Crucijuegos was named one of Argentina's Best Managed Companies 2025, an initiative led by Deloitte, Banco Comafi, UCEMA, and Cadena 3, recognizing the country's leading privately held mid-sized companies.

In this edition, 23 Argentine companies received this globally recognized distinction, demonstrating a high level of excellence in their operating practices and financial results.

The program is part of Deloitte's international Best Managed Companies initiative, present in 45 countries, which comprehensively evaluates organizations' performance — not only in terms of results, but also the strength of their management model.

A process that measures how a company works

The fourth edition of the program had 106 registered companies. Of those, 57 advanced to the documentation stage and 35 were evaluated by a multidisciplinary Technical Committee.

The evaluation was based on Deloitte's Value Map and its five key drivers:

  • Sales growth
  • Operating margin
  • Asset management efficiency
  • Management of strengths and external factors
  • Talent and sustainability

Following this process, Crucijuegos was selected as part of the official list of Argentina's Best Managed Companies 2025.

A recognition that validates a model

With more than 30 years of experience, Crucijuegos has developed its own industrial model focused on the design, manufacturing, and installation of play, recreation, and urban equipment spaces in Argentina and the region.

That model rests on concrete standards:

  • ISO 9001 certification in quality management
  • UNE EN 1176 standards applied to playground safety
  • Product certification under IRAM 3655, which sets specific requirements for play space equipment in Argentina
  • Sedex Supplier Plus membership, with SMETA audits on labor, environmental, and ethical practices

This technical and operational foundation is what allows the company to sustain growth, ensuring consistency across every project.

Present and outlook

Crucijuegos representatives took part in the program's closing event, held on April 16 in Buenos Aires, alongside the other recognized companies.

“This recognition validates a way of doing things. But it also demands that we sustain it as we keep growing,” said Ignacio Imaz, the company's CEO. “Our goal is clear: to be leaders in Latin America by 2030, combining industry, design, and knowledge of public space.”

Along these lines, the company continues to expand its offering through Cruci Studio, a unit focused on developing projects with greater conceptual depth, and is deepening its environmental commitment through its own recycling processes, such as the Re:Play line, which reuses plastic recovered on-site.

“But if there's something that explains this recognition, it's not a certification or a specific project. It's the people. There's a team that pushes forward, that improves processes every day, and that never compromises on quality. That's what really sustains the company,” Imaz concluded.
