This custom project was developed on the rooftop of a building strategically located in the Refinería neighborhood, at the corner of Salta and Cafferata, an area of the city undergoing major growth. Across a total surface of 200 m², we incorporated a version of the Hormiguero (Anthill) specially adapted to the geometry of the building's rooftop, creating an enveloping route with climbers, ropes with accessories, and communicators that invite exploration, climbing, and overcoming challenges.

We also co-designed a splash pad for the wet zone, equipped with sprinkler arches that bring refreshing water play on the hottest days. While kids enjoy active, stimulating options, adults find a space designed to relax and share moments together.

The experience of co-creating alongside developers like M2 makes it possible to generate unique projects, where common areas become true value differentiators for those living in these new real estate developments.
